The colorway incorporates a white underlay with powder blue overlays as an homage to Michael Jordan’s alma mater, the University of North Carolina. Virgil Abloh’s twist makes its way back to the model thanks to its deconstructed aesthetic. Shifted logos, an “AIR” stamp on the midsole, red zip tie and Off-White™ branding on each medial side to complete another highly-coveted design from Abloh and Nike.

Serving as yet another nod to the heralded career that Michael Jordan enjoyed at the University of North Carolina, this selection utilizes the color blocking of the Air Jordan 1 “Chicago” but subs out the iconic Bulls red for a Tar Heel friendly Dark Powder Blue. As always, Virgil’s deconstructed elements are on full display, from the exposed tongue to the Beaverton, Oregon text on the medial side of both sneakers.
