New Air Jordan 1 Moto AT3146-001 to release
2018 Air Jordan Shoes, The Air Jordan 1 Moto is the latest rendition of the popular Air Jordan 1 that nods to Michael Jordan Motorsports team that begun in 2004. This iteration of the shoe features a Black textured leather on its upper with ribbed leather on the tongue, paneling and heel to mimic biker jackets. The Moto features a strong pop of red on both the pull tab and webbing while the two straps offer a utilitarian alternative to a traditional lace unit. Its sleek all-black upper and ribbed leather paneling creates a subtle nod to the iconic biker jackets while staying true to MJ’s own passions with the embossed “23” on both the tongue and heel.
The Air Jordan 1 has been a reasonable obsession among many sneakerheads, setting a movement of designer reinterpretations by the likes of Saint Laurent Paris and many others. Jordan brand themselves are no stranger to modifying the iconic silhouette with its own transformations as well as their on-going collaboration with Off-White designer Virgil Abloh. As such, the Air Jordan 1 Moto is a total retooling that borrows inspiration from the leather-donning motorcycle subculture. TheAir Jordan 1 Retro High Moto is a strapped-up take on the iconic high-top shoe, with forefoot- and ankle-tightening details for maximum grip on the footrests. The toe of the right shoe sports an extra panel of suede for reinforcement, while the laces on both sneakers have been removed entirely.
New adidas Shoes in the collection will be presented in special collaborative packaging featuring an individual Dragon Ball detail, coming together to create a singular back cover design. Gohan’s adidas Deerupt features a Purple mesh upper as a nod to the characters outfit paired with Yellow tones resembling Gohan’s glowing blonde hair. Japanese character symbol on the heel atop a Gum rubber outsole completes the design. This iteration of the shoe arrives in a “Dark Plum” colorway. It has a bold style with leather, mesh and synthetic overlays, along with an inner neoprene half-bootie that hugs the foot for a snug feel. Touches of Blue and Yellow add for a nice pop, while sitting atop a White midsole and Gum rubber outsole.
