This Air Jordan 5 for Marquette comes highlighted with Blue across the upper, along with a subtle elephant print. Next, we have Marquette’s “MU” logo embroidered on the Blue suede tongue, which also incorporates the school’s colors. Speckled detailing adorns the shark teeth while White runs across the midsole. Yellow appears on the liner, White hits the laces, and we have “Nike Air” branding embroidered on the heels. Finally, an icy outsole finishes the look.

This Marquette-exclusive Air Jordan 5 features a Blue upper covered in classic elephant print. It should be noted that Marquette’s PEs are for the basketball program, whereas the previous schools inferred connections to the football program. This is due to Marquette not having a football program for over half a century. Regardless of the sport, the design concept is consistent as the same elephant print pattern and logo treatment is seen for the Golden Eagles. Additional details includes Marquette’s “MU” logo embroidered on the Light Blue suede tongues, speckled shark teeth overlays on the White midsole atop an icy outsole. Yellow lining, White laces, and “Nike Air” embroidered heels completes the design.
