DQ8799-101 Nike Dunk High 1985 “Blue Denim” be released on November 30th
Air Max 270, Unlike the Air Jordan 1 ’85, which drew in quite a bit of applause upon its debut, the Dunk High 1985 has flew relatively under the radar.Nike has continued to tap into the all-time high demand for the Dunk with various reworks of the Dunk High and Dunk Low. However, the Dunk High 1985 has remained a less visited option in the Dunk family. Earlier this year, Jun Takahashi’s UNDERCOVER approached the silhouette with its “Chaos/Balance” theme hitting two colorways. Since then, a “Pink Denim” has surfaced that complements this upcoming “Blue Denim” look.
This Nike SB Dunk High comes dressed in a Royal Blue and Summit White color scheme,The overlays, for starters, feature a thick, slightly-pilled slab of denim, which is evenly faded to a light wash. And unlike an actual pair of jeans, the stitching opts for dark blue threading along the edge of every one of the aforementioned panels. Rounding out the construction are a series of tumbled leathers, whose white finish complements the adjacent laces and tongue as well as the lining and outsole; the midsole, however, opts to emulate age through light yellowing.
This DJ Khaled x Air Jordan 5 Sail uses pastel hues and subtle logo highlights for its part in the ‘We the Best’ capsule collection. An off-white leather upper is highlighted by pastel embellishments and a powder-blue quilted lining, contrasting with the Air-assisted polyurethane midsole in Violet Star. Its reflective tongue appears in an eye-catching metallic silver with the Jumpman logo in black. Inside the tongue, a quilted pattern arrives in light blue with motivational “KEEP GOING” text. Additional co-branding includes “WE THE BEST” text on the left shoe’s heel and a collaborative box. Completing the look, its sole unit utilizes several of the collection’s key colors including lavender, sky blue and a translucent gum.
