DH8143-201 Nike Air Huarache LE “Praline” to release on November 26th
The Nike Air Huarache has been celebrating its 30th anniversary throughout 2021, although the occasion has unquestionably been overshadowed by high-profile collaborations and new designs under the NIKE, Inc. umbrella. Nonetheless, diehard fans of Tinker Hatfield’s iconic creation will surely rejoice at news that the sneaker is set to return in a “Praline/Umber/Vine/Black” colorway for the first time since 1992. Nike retro always creates a lot of heat, and we can expect the same for this Nike Air Huarache Praline. Fans are already super excited for this retro release.
Within Nike Shoes,The newly-surfaced Nike Air Huarache features the muted, yet vibrant arrangements delivered by Nike ACG at the time. Nubuck throughout much of the upper indulges in the titular tan tone, while neoprene at the tongue, mid-foot and heel deviate in a darker brown and rich purple. “NIKE”-branded heel clips, which were partly-informed by slip-on sandals, opt for a pitch-“Black” makeup, while sole units underfoot round out the outdoors-ready ensemble with a predominantly brown look. The Swoosh has gone all out on celebrating the Huarache’s 30th birthday by reissuing several of the silhouette’s iconic looks including the “Scream Green,” “Magenta,” and “Aquatone” colorways.
One of four debut colorways of the silhouette, the Nike Kyrie 7 Orange released in 2020. Drawing from Kyrie Irving’s appreciation of art and creative expression, the shoe’s upper is built with open mesh that overlays a multicolor brushstroke pattern. The tongue’s neutral finish instead replicates a blank canvas, while the heel overlay includes ‘HF’ for ‘Happy Family.’ Air Zoom Turbo underfoot provides cushioning.
