Drawing its color palette from the iconic Air Mowabb — a Tinker Hatfield-designed silhouette that’s influenced dozens of Nike releases since its debut in 1991 — Taylor’s latest SB Blazer blends hiking and skateboarding in equal measures.
Air Max 270 Yesterday, Nike SB team skater Grant Taylor previewed his upcoming ACG-inspired SB Blazer High that appears to borrow inspiration from the Air Mowabb. The tongue features a remixed version of the ACG logo, which now reads “GTP,” along with Nike SB branding underneath it. Another look shared by NikeSBfeatures reveals that the shoe will feature a predominately brown color scheme, which sits atop a black and white speckled midsole.
2020 Air Force 1 Nike SB Blazer Mid GT Pro “GTP” features a Brown canvas and leather base with Black rubberized Swooshes and vibrant ACG Purple and Orange accents on the tongue and heel. “GTP” is branded on the tongues in the “ACG” style completed with Black and White speckled midsoles.Uppers are dressed in an adventurous “Trail’s End Brown” hue and split into two defined pieces: a smooth suede forefoot and a tightly woven ballistic mesh heel. These two pieces are connected by a black rubberized Swoosh, with hiking-style brown laces driving the backcountry inspiration home further.
