The Air Jordan 35 “Warrior” draws inspiration from Rui Hachimura’s identity and Kanji-inspired samurai logo, designed by his mother in honor of his family’s name and warrior spirit on the court. As we all know, there’s no Jordan signature without the classic black and red makeover. The Air Jordan 35 “Warrior” adopts the iconic colorway as the 35 is rooted in the brand’s DNA. This circular piece features a black-to-red gradient fade while working in tandem with heel and forefoot Zoom Air bags to increase the wearer’s explosiveness. Gray outsoles with an Air Jordan 4-esque dotted print round off the look.
Shop Air Jordan Basketball Shoes, Black and red uppers take shape cues from the Air Jordan 5 around the collar, then combine a new Flightwire system with large red and black suede strips on the midfoot. The left tongue offers up one of Hachimura’s logos, while the right tongue retains a standard Jumpman graphic. Using Red suede on the overlays on the lateral side while Black lands on the base. Other details includes Rui’s logo on the left tongue while speckled detailing lands on the rubber outsole. Traditional Nike Air tags hang off each heel.
