An upcoming collaboration with League of Legends boasts both Zoom Air units and exposed foam construction, but forgoes any of the features debuted on the Nike Space Hippie line. The pair pictured here combines all three updates into a tri-colored proposition. This edition of the Air Jordan 1 features a Red suede base with cut-out Swooshes on the sides. Exposed foam around the tongues and collar atop a White midsole, recycled Crater Foam and Red rubber sole completes the design.
To go along with the “Court Purple” pair, Jordan Brand reveals an upcoming “Red Suede” iteration of the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom as part of Nike’s Space Hippie line. Suede overlays are clad entirely in red, while underlays indulge in a contrasting black hue; cut-out profile swooshes and the bootie-like collar follow suit. Underfoot, midsoles opt into a tried-and-tested white arrangement, while the tread’s outline consists of the grey, confetti-reminiscent tooling created as part of NIKE, Inc.’s “Move to Zero” campaign.
Jordan Brand will be expanding their Air Jordan 1 High Zoom collection with this new all over Red Suede rendition that is definitely ready to receive all of the looks. The Air Jordan 1 Zoom has been a pleasant surprise. While fans have complained about the overload of Air Jordan 1 High silhouettes, the Zoom brings an opportunity of releasing more versions of the silhouette without damaging the AJ1 hype as well as gives many the opportunity at the sneaker that normally wouldn’t have the chance at the coveted pair of kicks. This edition is set to feature an entirely suede upper that arrives in deep red. Black detailing is given throughout for much-needed contrast with black appearing on the cut-out Nike Swooshes, laces, tongue, sock liner, and Wings logo. A white midsole, crater trimming, and red rubber outsole finalize the sleek new offering.
