Blue The Great x Aj 1 Mid “Fearless”
The jordan shoes 2019 is composed of mostly suede and corduroy, something we are not accustomed to on the Jordan 1. The side panels arrive in durable white corduroy while red, green, blue and tan mesh covers the overlays thoughout. Black laces, tongue, and leather Nike Swoosh add contrast while an off-white midsole and Blue the Great branded heels finish off the design.Designed in collaboration with Los Angeles based artist, Blue the Great, this AJ I leans on his love for primary colors on a suede and corduroy upper with his BTG artist signature featured on the heel. BTG started his art career in high school by hand-painting sneakers for friends, and has used the AJ I as a canvas in the past, but never like this.
This special iteration of the New Jordan 2020 is designed in collaboration with Los Angeles-based artists, Blue The Great. Part of the exclusive Air Jordan 1 “Fearless Ones” collection, the design is inspired by Blue The Great’s affinity for primary colors. Styled in a color block theme featuring red, orange, green and blue with contrasting sail and black accents, the mid-top is also composed of suede and corduroy to make up its profile. Finally, Blue The Great’s signature adorns the heel to complete the design.
This offering of the New Yeezy 2020 features a colorful upper constructed in a mix of suede and corduroy.
