Paying homage to otaku culture, this Nike Air Force 1 features various panels covered in anime, comic book, and manga graphics. Base layers are built with a full black velcro underlay, and come neighbored by that of gray laces and jet black throat overlays. The aforementioned paneling here is where things kick into high gear. The Swooshes have been altered with multi-colored robot-like graphics and possess a thicker, more jagged edged shape to them. Toe boxes are dressed up with alien-esque graphics and Nike logos that are presented in manga-esque style. Surrounding the ttoe boxes on the lateral and medial sides are actual female anime characters, while the quarters alternate between abstract leafy graphics on the lateral side and retro Nike logos on the medial. Heel overlays continue its comic book-inspired essence by ushering in more alien look-a-likes that are firing rayguns. Down under, the midsoles are whipped in pure white and come rounded off by dark blue outsoles.
The Travis Scott x Fragment x Air Jordan 1 Low features “Sail” color reversed midfoot Swooshes. Once again the shoe features a tumbled white leather base accented by black overlays and blue at the heel and collar.
