2019 Air Jordan 5 SP Michigan to release August 10th
New Air Jordans 2019 will be releasing a Michigan-themed Air Jordan 5 as part of their Spring/Summer 2019 lineup that will resemble the “Fab 5” Air Jordan 5. This Air Jordan 5 features a Yellow nubuck upper with College Navy accents and a Team Jordan tag stitched on the heel in place of the usual Jumpman logo. Other details includes a reflective tongue, “Inspire” sewn onto the inner tongue atop an icy outsole.
The Air Jordan 5 originally debuted back in 1990. It was followed by the “Black Grape” in 2013, the “Pre-Grape” in 2015, and the most recent “Fresh Prince” version in 2018. For 2020, Jordan Brand will be releasing yet another take on the classic “Grape” color scheme. this Air Jordan 5 is expected to feature a Purple-based upper with Black and New Emerald accents atop an icy outsole. adidas Consortium will be releasing a few new 2019 adidas Ultra Boost colorways for the summer, and this one comes dressed in a mix of Navy and Gold as a nod to the SL80. It features a full Navy Primeknit upper with Gold threads on the toe area. Metallic Gold continues on the Three Stripes of the lace cage, branded tongues as well as used on the heel clips. Bright Red insoles atop a White Boost midsole and Black rubber outsole completes the design.
